every day I catch myself saying something that doesn’t need to be said, words that don’t serve me. and that’s why I make the effort to change the dialogue by reminding myself where I am, where I came from, and how far I’ve actually moved. because criticism feels productive, but it really isn’t. It just keeps me stuck in the same loop, and what actually works is catching the small wins and rewiring the brain 🧠📈❤️

i used to hold back from doing things because I was terrified of getting them wrong 😐 taking the pressure off the outcome and putting all the focus on the experience has been the most freeing shift of my life!! Took a week off social media to fully explore South America. Sometimes the best way to reconnect with the world is to disconnect from the feed 🫶🏼
I don’t wait until I feel ready (life motto) so I bought a 1 way ticket and hopped on a plane. craving adventure? sure, but mostly deep human connection and the kind of self trust that says: I’ll figure it out anywhere on my first 9h long flight I found myself drawing so much inspiration from a 19 year old girl from Australia. she was on a four month backpacking trip across continents sharing real stories, being candid, fully herself. it reminded me how much courage there is in choosing movement early, before life tells you who you’re supposed to be on the second flight, I sat next to a winery owner who started teaching me about running an international business and the systems behind it, the processes most people never see and how much of it still comes down to relationships and trust within the first 12 hours, I had already received more than I expected How? I don’t hesitate to make the first move. I ask questions and I listen and I make people feel heard and seen travel keeps reminding me that opportunities rarely announce themselves. They show up in conversations if you’re open enough to have them
