There’s enough cake for every one of us, ladies. Today we’re releasing the English version of Cake of Success, because the myth we’re challenging doesn’t stop at borders. The idea that there’s only one seat at the table, only one slice worth fighting for… women hear it everywhere. We were taught to compete. To read another woman’s rise as our own loss. But success was never a fixed pie to divide. The future isn’t won by the woman who guards her slice but by the women who pull up more chairs, across cities, countries and time zones. That’s why this campaign brought together young women from Poland, United States, Brazil and Australia from different fields to show one truth: there is room for all of us. When women lift each other across borders, the table only gets bigger. So we’re saying it out loud, this time to the world: there’s enough success for each of us. They say there’s not enough room at the top for ambitious women. That there’s only one cake of success, and you have to fight for your slice. But what if there’s enough of the success pie for all of us? What if we just need to bake a bigger one? The “Enough Cake of Success” campaign is launching. We’re debunking the harmful myth of “limited seats at the table.” We’re showing the shift from competition to true collaboration. Another woman’s success truly doesn’t diminish yours. Instead of dividing the existing cake into smaller and smaller pieces, let’s learn how to bake a bigger one together. Will you make room at the table?
