Did you ever analyze every 5 minutes of your day so you’re aware of where most of your time goes? Its a fun one off exercise that’s worth doing I have tried a 1000000 ways to stay consistent but what ended up working best for me is focusing only on 3 top goals and cutting everything else out Bye bye to color coding my calender, filling it up to the bream or agreeing to everything that’s thrown at me I also started creating space that is distraction free for creativity and it allowed me to come up with the best ideas, another form of meditation and connecting with my inner child and regularity my system 3️⃣ questions I ask myself: What’s one thing that helps with my business? In what way do I want to move my body today? How am I gonna stimulate my mind and creativity?

Being sent to boarding schools since age 12 taught me more than the best universities • Being the youngest in the room is an advantage. You learn to earn respect fast or get eaten alive • Comfort kills ambition • You learn to read people in seconds. That skill closes deals, dodges bad partners, and saves you years • Your communication IS your currency • Independence isn’t a personality trait. It’s a muscle you built because no one is coming to hold ur hand
every day I catch myself saying something that doesn’t need to be said, words that don’t serve me. and that’s why I make the effort to change the dialogue by reminding myself where I am, where I came from, and how far I’ve actually moved. because criticism feels productive, but it really isn’t. It just keeps me stuck in the same loop, and what actually works is catching the small wins and rewiring the brain 🧠📈❤️

i used to hold back from doing things because I was terrified of getting them wrong 😐 taking the pressure off the outcome and putting all the focus on the experience has been the most freeing shift of my life!!
