We flew to Ibiza for the weekend with basically zero plan… excited for a little adventure 🤸🏽‍♂️ It’s my 1st time here, already enjoying some paella, swims, and sunshine Excited for the hikes and beaches next, I am not a big party person but give me some matcha and I will dance until the sun goes down :) Drop your Ibiza recs, I have 4 days to make the most of it
I love my summers in the south of Portugal. It still feels like a hidden gem that hasn’t fully blown up yet, but with enough magic 🌅 It gets my heart racing, my skin salty, and my taste buds very, very happy 🦐

I’m traveling all over Europe this summerrrr and these few healthy habits are game changers & they genuinely make me feel my best Also it turns out it’s SO easy to build habits in new places (: I walk after each large meal, drink a lot of water, add electrolytes when I can. Sparkling water with lemon over soda or drinks. Sleeping 8h-9h most night. Protein with everything (grilled fish, eggs, meat), tons of veggies. Give me a huge plate with fruit for dessert and I’ll be v happy 😋 it’s this simple yet makes me feel strong, satisfied and energized 🐇🔋
