I grew up in Washington State, where I’ve always felt most at home in nature and the outdoors. So when @filson1897 invited me on a trip back to Whidbey Island, I was over the moon. There’s nothing like breathing that crisp Pacific Northwest air again. For years I struggled to find pieces that looked good and could actually stand the test of time. That all changed when I discovered Filson. One of my favorite looks from the trip was this classic denim jacket paired with their workwear denim—effortless, durable, and something I could comfortably wear from sunrise to sunset. Finished it off with my go-to @hoka x @goretexbrand sneakers. P.S. For all the Practical Magic fans out there — you must visit Coupeville on Whidbey Island (where they shot the film). CinemaCon was a BLAST! A great and fruitful time in the desert to celebrate the best that theatrical experiences have to offer. The studios put out their slates and the one thing we can all agree on: 2026 is going to be a strong year in theaters. From the jaw-dropping 7 minute preview of Dune 3 that Denis Villeneuve showed us, to the superhero trailer so good they had to show it twice (Avengers: Doomsday), it was a memorable weekend of promising films surrounded with my fellow cinephiles.
